My name is Madison Whitmer and I am a note and comment editor for Volume 28. I grew up in Wheaton, Illinois, where I attended Wheaton College for my undergraduate degree in Political Science. While at Wheaton, I became passionate about justice and advocacy and decided to pursue law school. Now, at Iowa Law, I am excited to serve as an editor for JGRJ alongside my colleagues who are equally passionate  and dedicated to advancing equity and justice.

After graduation, I hope to pursue a career in public interest law, specifically within the field of legal aid. Until then, I look forward to serving as an editor for JGRJ during my final year at Iowa!
