In June 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court upended millions of people’s constitutional rights with its Dobbs decision. In the aftermath of Dobbs many have begun to ask, what do we do next? Note: The author noticed there was a problem with the formatting of Figure 2 (page 313) in the version uploaded on Friday May 10, 2024. We sincerely apologize for this mistake and have uploaded a corrected version.
In the previous version, the key of the graph was altered thus significantly distorting its content. In the altered graph key the information corresponding to "P.E.E.R." appeared as "Litigation and Legal Research," that corresponding to "Litigation and Legal Research" appeared as "Public Information and Advocacy Management," and the data corresponding to "Public Information and Advocacy Management" appeared as "P.E.E.R." The key for "Education and Public Information" was not altered. This meant that data reflected on the graph did not correspond to the item the key indicated. Please refer to the current version of Figure 2, which includes the correct data and item.
