Senior Note & Comment Editor

My name is Maxine Kasznia, and I am the Senior Note & Comment Editor for Volume 27. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, received a degree in Economics from UCLA, and am now so happy to be at Iowa Law!

Going into law school, it was important to me to be involved in a group that advocated for justice, and JGRJ was the perfect fit. I am so grateful to be among a group of passionate and driven students that are committed to JGRJ's mission. Now, as an Editor, I love working with the current class of talented Student Writers and helping them create interesting and impactful Notes.

After graduation I will be returning to Jones Day in Chicago where I will be joining the New Lawyers Group, and hope to pursue a career in litigation.
